You acknowledge that you are aware that stairs or steps between apartment levels means the property is not wheelchair accessible or considered suitable for anyone with limited mobility or children. Note: Babies who are not yet independently mobile are accepted – you must advise us if you are bringing a baby, and a travel cot is available on request (you must, however, provide your own cot bed linen).
You accept that you are responsible for ensuring you comply with the latest entry protocols for arrivals into Grenada together with all your travel arrangements both to and from Carriacou.
The full cost of your stay is payable at the time of booking and is required to reserve the accommodation for the desired period.
A booking can only be cancelled prior to your booked arrival date. If you wish to cancel your booking you must notify us in writing.
If you cancel your booking more than 30 days before your booked arrival date you will receive a full refund.
If you cancel your booking 7 – 30 days before your booked arrival date you will receive a refund of 50% of the cost of your booking.
Bookings cancelled less than 7 days before your booked arrival date will not be entitled to a refund.
We strongly recommend all our guests take out cancellation insurance when booking their holiday. Payments may be made by Paypal using credit card or debit card.
